The metal parts are manufactured from prime quality cold rolled steel strips and electroplated for protection against corrosion in humid environment. The springs are manufactured from best in the class spring wires and are heat set for consistent performance.

New 4 leg bobbin holder with Double Suspension
Ideal introduces yet another innovative and reliable design in bobbin holders!
4 leg bobbin holders provides firm and stable holding of roving bobbin; a must feature for Roving Bobbin Transport System (RBTS). The four leg mechanism is supported with a smooth ratchet mechanism for effective opening and closing.
The suspension spring at the top (S1) provides extra control over the oscillation to avoid bobbin collision at roving bobbin transportation system. The spring also protects the bobbin holder from damages.
The double suspension (S2) provides effective protection from the upward impact during bobbin changing. The spring S2 comes in to effect if extra force is applied to bobbin holder beyond actuating the ratchet mechanism. The shell body comes into application to protect the ratchet mechanism from damages. This ensure longer working life and minimizes falling of roving bobbins from the rail.
Other features like Polycarbonate body, close type construction and proven self-lubricating bearing balls remains standard feature.
