- These are made from High Grade polymer to provide high strength and stability.
- German Origin Velcro with special coating is fixed with ultrasonic welding process; to ensure long working life
- Polyacytal Bush is used as per OEM requirements.
Made from virgin High Grade “ABS” polymer.

The Velcro /roving catcher is fixed in slot at pre determined position with high-tech adhesive and free ends are over lapped and welded by ultrasonic welding process.

Roving bobbins are checked for dimensional & Geometrical accuracies specified in OEM drawings.
